Our Classes

Join us for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes in New Freedom, all skill levels welcome.

Adult Classes

Our Adult Programs are divided into two groups Adult Basic & Adult Advanced

Adult classes include: Adult Basic, Dynamic Passing, Judo, Advanced & Open Mat

Kids Classes

Our children's classes are divided into to age levels 5-8 years old and 9-15 yrs old.

Offering kids basic classes, open mat and Kids Judo.

Women's Only Class

A class taught by women for women. This includes Women's Only Class followed by Women's Only open mat. All the proceeds from the women's only class is donated to PCADV.
